SUBMISSIONS 2014

FreshFaced+WildEyed 2014 is the seventh instalment of the annual competition for recent graduates. Following an online application process, this year’s panel of judges, Sophy Rickett, David Drake, Sheyi Bankale and Brett Rogers will select outstanding bodies of work for the exhibition at The Photographers’ Gallery and online gallery. Giving graduates a public platform at a critical point in their careers FreshFaced+WildEyed will once again showcase the talent and diversity of photographic practice emerging from BA and MA courses across the UK. This year there is potential for selected works to be shown either in the Gallery spaces or on our 2.8 x 3m media wall on the ground floor of the Gallery.

Following the exhibition at The Photographers’ Gallery, selected finalists will have the opportunity to work with a mentor for twelve months.

THE JUDGES

David Drake, Director Ffotogallery

Sheyi Bankale, Editor and Founder, Next Level

Sophy Rickett, visual artist and photographer

THE EXHIBITION
The exhibition will be at The Photographers’ Gallery in London, from 01 – 13 July 2014, and online at ffwe.thephotographersgallery.org.uk from 01 July 2014.
